At Logic Go LTD (https://logicgo.com.bd/), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our CCTV & surveillance products, auto parts, and related services. Please review our policy before making a purchase or availing services.
1. Returns & Refunds for Physical Products (CCTV/Auto Parts)
Eligibility
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/tags.
Return requests must be made within [7-14 days] of delivery.
Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened software/license keys.
Custom-made or installed equipment (unless defective).
Products damaged due to misuse.
Return Process

Ship Back – Securely pack the item and ship it to our address (return shipping may be at customer’s expense unless the item is faulty).
Inspection – We will inspect the product upon receipt.
Refund/Replacement – If approved, refunds will be processed within [5-10 business days] via the original payment method, or a replacement will be issued.
Refund Exceptions
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Refunds may be reduced for missing accessories or damage caused by the customer.
2. Warranty & Defective Products
Products with manufacturer warranties will be handled per the supplier’s terms.
For defective items, contact us immediately. We may offer:

3. Services (Installation, Maintenance, etc.)
Cancellation & Refunds
Before Service Starts: Full refund if canceled within [24–48 hours] of booking.
After Service Starts: Refunds are prorated based on work completed. No refunds for completed services unless unsatisfactory (disputed case-by-case).
Service Guarantee
If service results are unsatisfactory, we will remedy the issue free of charge within a specified period (e.g., 30 days).
